Terms of use

Learnwall for Android · Effective from October 4, 2026 · Version 1.0

In short. Learnwall blocks the apps you choose and unlocks them after a short flashcard session. There are no accounts. Google Play handles payments, the free trial, cancellation and refunds. You can cancel your subscription in Google Play at any time.

Flashcards are written by AI from the sources shown. They can contain mistakes, so every card shows its source and can be reported.

1. Provider

The Learnwall app (the “App”) is provided by ASSERT SOLUTIONS IT PIOTR DOBRZYŃSKI, ul. Ludwika Waryńskiego 2b-11, 26-610 Radom, Poland, trading as Smart Apps Factory (“we”, “us”).

Contact: smartappsfactorydevs@gmail.com. For personal data: privacy-smartappsfactory@gmail.com.

These terms are available free of charge on this page and can be saved or printed. The Polish version is the binding one for consumers in Poland; this English version is a faithful translation.

2. Definitions

3. What the App offers

The App needs no account. Some data is sent to our servers as described in the privacy policy.

4. Technical requirements

The lock works within the limits Android allows. The User can switch it off at any time by revoking the permissions in the phone’s settings or uninstalling the App. The App is not a parental control tool.

5. Pro access, free trial and payments

6. Right of withdrawal

A Consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason, under the consumer law that applies to them.

7. Complaints

If the App does not work as agreed, send a complaint to the email address in section 1. Please describe the problem and give your phone model and App version (Settings → About). We reply within 14 days.

Consumers have the statutory rights for digital content and digital services that do not conform to the contract: bringing them into conformity, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

A faulty flashcard is reported fastest directly in the App (“Report an error” on the card).

8. Rules of use

9. Content and licences

10. Liability

We aim to keep the App running without interruption, but technical breaks can happen, including on the side of Google and other providers. We are not responsible for how the third-party apps the User blocks work. Nothing in this section limits a Consumer’s mandatory statutory rights.

11. Personal data

How we process data is described in the privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for important reasons: changes in the law, in the App’s features, in Google Play’s rules, or for security. We publish the new version on this page at least 14 days before it takes effect and tell Users with an active subscription in the App. Anyone who does not accept the changes can cancel the subscription before they take effect.

13. Ending use

Use of the App without payment ends when the App is uninstalled. A subscription ends at the end of the period in which it was cancelled in Google Play. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.

14. Governing law and disputes

Polish law applies. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where they usually live. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution available in their country; in Poland, for example, municipal or district consumer ombudsmen and the Trade Inspection.
